Day One. Terri on her first day at the WallStJobs.com office, thinking: how hard can this be? Rob waves hello while Christine looks over.
Day OneOur story starts fifteen years ago, when a new hire named Terri sat down at a desk, met her new boss Rob, and asked herself the question every recruiter asks on their first morning. How hard can this be?
1
The Early Years. Terri pulling insurance, financial and sales candidates from the job boards with a magnet while Rob, Vin, Myles and Michelle look on amazed.
The Early YearsTurns out, pretty hard. Terri's job was sourcing: digging through every job board for insurance, financial, and sales people, and pulling the right résumés before anyone else could. One good find turned into a hundred, and a hundred turned into a reputation. The whole office started to notice.
2
Going Remote. Terri at a home office in Florida with palm trees outside. Same speed, better weather.
Going RemoteA few years in, Terri packed up her desk and moved to Florida. Some wondered if the distance would slow her down. It did not. The palm trees got the view. We kept the speed.

New Recruit. Terri working with one hand while rocking her baby son in a bouncer with the other. Her most important hire yet.

New RecruitThen came her most important recruit of all. Terri did what she does best: learned fast, kept both hands busy, and never missed a beat. Somehow the work still got done, and done well, with a baby in one arm.

The Fast Reviewer. Terri reviewing online resumes so fast the counter spins and the keyboard smokes.
The Fast ReviewerSourcing turned into reviewing, and reviewing turned into a superpower. Résumés come in, and Terri reads them faster than the internet can load them. Nobody has ever found the bottom of her queue.
5
The Database. Terri with a magnifying glass over old grey candidate records on one screen, and the same records refreshed with new phone and email details on the other.
The DatabaseThe job kept growing, so Terri did too. She took on enriching our database: going back through the résumés we already had, filling in the gaps, finding the new numbers and emails, and turning old records into live leads. Quiet work. Huge impact.
6
15 Years. Terri celebrating with her husband and son beside her while Vin, Rob, Myles, Beth and the team cheer on a video call.
15 YearsWhich brings us to today. Fifteen years. More candidates found than anyone could count. One Terri. The whole team is on the call, her family is beside her, and every one of us has the same thing to say.

Happy 15th, Terri!

Here is the part the pictures leave out. You are the person on this team everyone trusts without having to think about it. The work shows up done, it shows up right, and it usually shows up early. You have never asked for the spotlight, so consider this us pointing one at you for a minute.

Thank you for fifteen years. Here's to whatever comes next.

With love, everyone at WallStJobs.com
